The challenge
Dispatch ran on shared spreadsheets. Two people editing the same route was a daily occurrence, and month-end reconciliation took four days of manual work.
Our approach
We modelled the real dispatch workflow before writing any UI, then built a role-aware system around it: live route state, conflict-safe edits, and an audit trail on every change.
The outcome
Reconciliation dropped from four days to a scheduled job. Dispatchers moved off spreadsheets entirely within one quarter.
